What your cage needs to have
This kit only works as part of a cage — it cannot be worn on its own. It is compatible with every TERNENCE cage that supports catheter insertion, including our stainless steel cock cage models, because the deciding factor is the opening at the front rather than the model name. If your cage has no opening there for a catheter, this is not the part you need. Before you buy, look at that opening and compare it with the tubing: the tube should pass through without being forced or pinched, and it should sit straight once the matching nut is in place. If it will not sit cleanly, stop and check the alignment rather than pushing it through.
Fitting, wearing and cleaning
- Sanitise the tube and the tip with alcohol before each wear, and let both parts dry completely.
- Apply a thin layer of water-based lubricant — the only lubricant type the silicone is made to work with.
- Insert slowly while you are relaxed and before erection, rather than pushing once you are tense.
- Check how it feels once it is in place; on a male chastity cage the tubing should sit smooth and never press or pull.
- Never fit the kit on bruised, swollen or inflamed skin, or anywhere there is a cut or laceration.
- Remove it straight away if you feel discomfort, and again once you are fully relaxed after use.
- Wash it after every wear, dry it thoroughly, and store it dust-free away from keys or tools that could scratch the silicone.

Q1. Do I need to own a TERNENCE cage to use this kit?
Yes. The kit has nothing to fix onto on its own, so it only works inside a TERNENCE male chastity device with a catheter opening at the front. If you have not chosen your cage yet, start with a chastity device for sale that accepts a catheter.
Q2. Which nut should I fit — the perforated one or the solid one?
It depends on the fitting on your cage: some take the perforated nut with the hole through the centre, others take the solid non-hole nut. Both come in the pack, so fit the one that matches and keep the other as a spare. If neither sits flush against the cage, the tube is not aligned properly — take it out and refit it before wearing the kit.
Q3. Will the tubing fit a cage from another brand?
Within our own range this kit is a direct fit, including our stainless steel cock cage models. If your device comes from another maker, check how its opening lines up with this tubing before you commit — a poor match is not worth the risk.
