All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered.
We only accept Chastity Device in their original condition-Complete and unenclosed packaging, And must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in The return package.
1. Quality Issues:

(1). If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
(2). If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
2. Size Errors:
Please note that since our Chastity Device offers 3-4 size options, if the ring size you choose is not suitable, the best way is to buy a separate ring and we will give you the best discount.
Order Cancellations
All Device orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress orders canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
Overdue Products
If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time statedand arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the Device is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers.
